Solution: Litehouse developers designed a mobile app for a partner-facing Microsoft website. The app is completely integrated with email and with social media. Partners can easily share their project successes and customer wins with other partners.

Challenge: Revamp the Oki Golf website to provide visitors with a richer, unified experience that drives traffic to the site, builds a stronger golf community with members and establishes loyalty around the company’s brand.

Solution: Our re-design of the Oki Golf website involved customized web components that enabled seamless integration with existing third party applications. Using SharePoint Server 2010 as the platform, our designers gave the website a fresh look and developed social networking and collaboration features such as profile creation, wall updates, buddy invites, rounds tracking, handicap score posting and tee time bookings.

Payoff: The revamped website has impressed customers, increased brand loyalty and created a unified experience. It has also set the platform for analytics and for tracking the behavioral trends of Oki Golf members.

Challenge: Build a self-service platform that supports clients and partners and that features intuitive, logic-driven questions to determine the correct Microsoft Office 2010 version to suit visitors’ needs.

Solution: We produced a site that provides recommendations based on a visitor’s answers to one or more questions and on the number of PCs involved. Built using ASP.Net 4.0 and SQL Server 2008, the site provides the advantages of the suggested recommendation and enables visitors to email, print and share the recommendation.

Challenge: Train approximately 800 employees located around the world to use a new internal communication portal launched by a Microsoft group.

Solution: Litehouse’s inventive solution for global audiences provided a way for people who could not attend the Workplace Summit in person to interact as if they were there via OfficeTalk and Yammer, Microsoft’s internal social tools, and through live video feeds from the event. Our event execution included all of the collateral development, event logistics and social marketing integration.

Payoff: The event’s hashtags were the top two trending topics on OfficeTalk during the event and 988 conversations were generated from it.

Challenge: Create an easy-to-use application that enables a multi-demographic audience to access NDTV video content and get up-to-date news on their desktops.

Solution: Our custom solution provides direct access to Live TV and NDTV content across various channels, categories and shows. Built on the Microsoft platform using Silverlight 4 and the Microsoft Silverlight Analytics framework, NDTV Play features a recommendation engine that suggests videos to users based on their interests and viewing history.

Challenge: Generate more buzz for a client’s product at Microsoft’s internal sales and marketing conference, drive traffic to the product booth at the conference and showcase how the product interacts with social location-based mobile platforms such as Foursquare.

Solution: Litehouse created and executed an end-to-end campaign that drove product awareness as well as generated an engaging and social attendee experience. The campaign combined word-of-mouth viral marketing, event signage, Microsoft Tagging, geo-tagging, and relevant content delivered through SMS text messages. Once attendees opted-in to participate, they were provided a VIP experience, giving them the inside scoop on the coolest places to see and be seen throughout the event.
